<description>Huck Pac pulled in about $820,000 and donated $45,000 to candidates and party committees (not $10,000). Percentage-wise, that is 5.5% of receipts.

Comparatively, Sarah Pac pulled in $2.1 million and donated $64,600 to candidates and party committees. Percentage-wise, that is 3.0% of receipts.

Free and Strong America (Romney&#039;s pack) pulled in 2.9 million and donated $120,000 to candidates and party committees. Percentage-wise, that is 4.1% of receipts.

That is the exact scenario from mid-year: In a ratio of percentages to receipts, Huck Pac gave the most, Romney second, Palin dead last.

And burn-out rate is much higher for Palin -- she spends a lot more on staff and administration than Huck Pac does respectively -- so does Romney.

Similar to the last time, Huck Pac does much better with a lot less.

And the most important difference: Huck Pac brings in more donors than anyone else -- over 16,000 to her 14,000. So Huck Pac has more people actually donating -- but with less dollars.
