		<description>I was hoping you could ask the Democrats and the Republicans to comment on an idea.
Why not tie tax reform to health care reform since the main issue is about money?  I mean who is arguing that universal health care could be a bad thing--this is not the issue.
Republicans need to stop arguing from false pretenses and cut to the honest painful truth--&quot;we&quot; don&#039;t want to pay for everyone&#039;s health care and lose our own level of health care at the same time.  Yes, it&#039;s selfish but it&#039;s not necessarily wrong.  But, &quot;we&quot; Republicans, are willing to give up our position and compromise and be bipartisan...if we can be fair about it.  Change the tax to a flat tax.  Equal vote/equal responsibility to the common good.  If everyone shares this burden fairly then I support the government and the President and the majority no matter what they want to do.   Isn&#039;t that what a Democracy should be?
