		<description>I remain highly skeptical of Obama, but we shall see what he does once he&#039;s in.  I doubt there will be much movement on gay rights issues the first year.  Perhaps ENDA and the Matthew Shepard Act, yet both of those proposals have the potential to get bogged down once again.  The issue of &quot;gender identity&quot; being put into ENDA has already caused ENDA to get buried in the Senate and given the number of conservative Dems, I&#039;m not so sure an &quot;inclusive&quot; ENDA can pass this session.  Watch the anger that erupts if this doesn&#039;t pass.  I&#039;m not talking about against Republicans, but against Democrats and possible in-fighting among LGBT.</description>
